Shipping and Returns

By completing an order through babybrezza.iq, you agree to abide by the approved shipping and return policy, and all related terms and conditions.

Within Baghdad, orders confirmed before 3:00 PM are delivered on the same day, while orders confirmed after this time are delivered the next day. For orders sent to other governorates, orders confirmed before 9:00 PM are delivered the next day. Delivery times may vary in some exceptional cases or due to circumstances beyond our control.

We take the utmost care in shipping products. In case of a manufacturing defect, technical fault, or missing contents in the order, the customer has the right to request a return or exchange. Exchanges are made within the approved warranty period, which is one year from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from misuse or use that does not comply with the manufacturer's instructions, in which case the customer bears the full cost of maintenance. It is required to report any defect or shortage immediately upon receiving the order to take the necessary action.
